Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients:

Filling:
3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup heavy cream

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecans, chopped

1. In a large pot or bowl, beat together all of the filling ingredients except for cream.
2. Add cream and mix well.
3. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
4. In a seperate bowl, mix together topping ingredients.
5. Sprinkle topping over top of casserole.
6. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
