Poppyseed Dressing (over Spring Mix Salad)

1/2 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup canola oil
3/4 Tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp onion, grated



1. Whisk together all ingredients.

2. Let it set overnight.



3. Toss with equal parts spring mix, baby spinach and romaine plus sliced pears (or apples).



4. Serve immediately.
